    We search government registers of factories, companies and exporters, an industry certification list, US trade-case filings and business listings for companies that could make your exact item, searching in the languages of the countries that make it.

    For your product, our team checks each candidate. Do they make it or resell it? Can they make your exact spec? What's the minimum order? Every company gets rated and sorted, so only real options reach your shortlist.

    Contact and quote

    We contact the shortlist directly and follow up on anything missing. Then we put every quote on the same basis: same spec, same pack, same terms, same currency. A person approves every message before it goes out.

    We add ocean freight, duty and fees to get a delivered price you can hold next to what you pay today. Duty is confirmed with a licensed customs broker before we recommend anything.

A factory price is where the cost starts. By the time a pallet reaches your dock it has picked up ocean freight, duty and tariffs, and broker and port fees. Those can flip which supplier is actually cheaper, so we compare delivered cost, never the sticker price.

  • Factory price. What the supplier quotes, loaded at their port.
  • Freight. Ocean shipping, plus trucking from the port to you.
  • Duty and tariffs. Set by product and country of origin. Duty is confirmed with a licensed customs broker before we recommend anything.
  • Fees. Customs entry, port and handling.

Do I have to switch suppliers?

No. You can use our comparison to get a better price from the supplier you already have. If you do, it counts as savings under the same fee.

Will my current supplier find out?

No. Suppliers deal with SourceLink, and we never share your company name with them.

Can my team contact the suppliers instead?

Yes. Some buyers keep supplier relationships in-house. We do the search and screening, then hand your team the verified shortlist: who makes your exact item, contacts, the evidence behind each rating, the questions to ask, and a delivered-cost model to price their quotes. Fees for that option are agreed in writing before we start.

What if you can't beat my price?

You owe nothing. You keep the comparison, including what we could and couldn't confirm.

What do you need from me?

What the product is (a spec sheet, photo or item number), what you pay now, and roughly how many you buy a year. That's enough to start.

How long does it take?

Typically 4 weeks from your first message to a delivered-cost comparison. Samples take longer if you want them.

Do you handle the import?

We can help coordinate samples and the first shipment. Duty is confirmed with a licensed customs broker before we recommend anything. You, or your broker, stay the importer of record. SourceLink is not a customs broker.

What can you source?
